The Bass Chapel church family was privileged to witness the ordination of Dennis Wells as a deacon. Dennis and his family have been active members at Bass Chapel for several years. There are three generations of the Wells family attending.

The service will be at 9:30 am at 304 Druid Hills Road. It will be Americana style with musical accompaniment by guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddles, bass and piano. The theme is used on the first Sunday of the month at the church.

SEASIDE - Northwest Performing Arts Inc. will present Seaside Guitarfest 2012 from 10 am to 5 pm Saturday, May 26, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. The festival will showcase many styles of guitar music, from ancient to modern jazz.
