Scene & Heard: Lots of local talent on stage here, and there

Racine's resident blues man, Paul Kaye, will be playing the main stage at this year's Chicago Blues Fest on Saturday, June 9. Kaye, who played with David Honeyboy Edwards for 13 years, will perform a tribute to Edwards, along with a few friends.
