TV Ratings: Steady 'Idol' Tops Wednesday, ABC Comedies Boosted in Returns

A repeat-free Wednesday gave an easy win to Fox, with a steady American Idol an improved episode out of Mobbed. The network averaged a 4.5 among adults 18-49 for the night, according to fast affiliate ratings, drawing a crowd of 13.9 million.
